RETURNS POLICY
On all garments that have not been decorated or altered in any way, we have a no quibble returns policy, provided the items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt with all labels and packaging.

No items will be accepted back after this time and no refund given. Under certain circumstances, and by prior arrangement, items may be returned after the 14 day period but will incur a 25% handling charge. We do not accept the return of any item that has been decorated or altered in any way unless there is a fault with that item. In which case we will replace the item free of charge.
We do not accept the return of any items that are soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing or ironing. The product must be in an unused state and in its original packaging including label still attached in the same state you received them in
Please enclose all documentation and full contact details, including a note explaining the reason for the return with your full order details.
Delivery charges are not refunded if an item is returned.
When returning item/s the return carriage is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanged items will be subject to postage packing charge, with a credit card or cheque sent along with the returned goods and an order for the replacements.
Failure with any of the above terms may result in non refund of items or a delay.
